We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just next to the metro and tram stations, allowing us to easily explore the city. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, including different types of ham, cakes, breads, spreads. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel also provides amenities such as a fridge, safe deposit, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were some issues with the TV not working and the reception staff not adequately addressing the problem.

Wifi was a bit slow.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the metro station only a few minutes' walk away. This made it extremely convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the staff was friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. They provided excellent assistance whenever we needed it.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We found spots on the blankets and the toilet was not properly cleaned before our arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a fantastic location, right next to the metro station. It was so convenient to have the U4 bahn station just opposite the hotel. Being in a touristic area, it made exploring the city a breeze. The value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout the hotel. I was impressed with the lovely rooms, especially the extremely spacious and well-designed bathrooms. The hotel also offered basic amenities and even included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.
